Protecting the next generation

Our children will become the next doctors, lawyers, accountants, members of Congress and presidents. It is imperative that we provide them with a sound foundation and moral guidelines for them to develop into solid pillars of society. As the new chairman of the capital city friends of NRA, my responsibility is to facilitate and organize fund-raising activities for children shooting sports in Arkansas.

Children that are involved in organized shooting sports, learned safety and responsibility with firearms, learn to respect and protect their second amendment rights, and develop a conservative mindset. The friends of NRA is a grass roots organization that has 501(c)(3) status so all donations are tax deductible. Through the years we have had several fund raising activities such as firearm  raffles, yearly banquets, and other fun events such as our annual second amendment freedom ride motorcycle rally.

This year we have come out of the dark ages and began using the Internet to help us market what we do. We opened up Facebook page http://fb.com/capitolcityFNRA that I hope you'll visit, like and support our efforts by purchasing a raffle ticket or making a  tax deductible donation.  currently, we are gearing up for our annual banquet August 17 in Little Rock. We are currently conducting a prevent raffle for a beautiful Sig semiautomatic rifle. The tickets are only $20 or three for $50 and we are only selling 300 tickets. To get your tickets PM us on our Facebook page and we will get back to you.

Our second amendment rights are being eroded help our next generation to solidify a stance and teach them to have a voice and continue the values that we work so hard to keep.  http://fb.com/capitolcityFNRA
